Why doesn't changing the severity level change the number?
HomeGuide's published pricing is tied to square footage, not severity level, so selecting a level does not scale the figure. At Level 4 or 5 we remove the figure instead of showing one that severity does not support: on our own reading of the published level descriptions, not published guidance, that level of job becomes remediation rather than an ordinary cleanout, and we do not have a published price for that scope.
Does this estimate a non-hoarded estate cleanout too?
Only as an approximation. HomeGuide's $1 to $2 per square foot rate is published for hoarding cleanup specifically.
